The technology of the powder spraying is based on electrostatic charging. The sprayed powder adheres on the parts and the required steady layer thickness can be achieved. Our powder coating systems have a wide spectrum: started with simple powder paint walls with filters up to manual powder coating systems, with double wall construction, with cyclone and secondary filter.
We recommend as cost efficient solution the more simple powder booths with filter. These plants are suitable for smaller paint shops in combination with manual material moving system.
The manual powder booth with cyclone is suitable for investors, who plan to install a complete surface treatment line. Mainly a mechanical material moving system delivers the parts into the booths. The main advantage of the booth with cyclone against the booth with filter is, that the secondary filter has not to be changed in case of colour change. The plant is more cost efficient and the system has not to be stopped for filter change in case of colour change during the working time.
Thanks to the double-walled plastic construction, the charging of the powder booths is very low. The biggest advantages of polypropylene booths are the easy cleaning and that the colour-identification of the workers will not fail.
