Maintenance of the bath

 We provide the bath maintenance of our pretreatment plants with following additional units. These plants ensure for our customers the high quality and longer life time of the baths.    For this we can offer following units:   - Oil separator   - Desludging unit          Sludge press          Press-band-filter

Desludging

 Task of the SLUDGE PRESS and the PRESS-BAND-FILTER is to remove the sludge, which is arising during the process. The supply happens with compressed air by means of membrane pumps. The filter-medium holds the sludge back (pressed sludge) and the clean liquid will be drained back to the tank.

Oil separation

 The oil separator ensures the separation of the oil in the degreasing chemical. The cleaned bath medium will be drained back to the tank by means of pumps.
