The wet paint has 2 types: waterborne or solvent based. For this kind of painting we suggest closed booths. The main functional principle of these booths is based on the exhausting system, which sucks the air from the booth through paint filters. The beside-sprayed solvent and paint particles will be sucked together with the exhausted air.

Dry spray paint booths

These paint rooms have a panel structure with isolation. The air supply-exhausting unit ensures the air treatment. This plant is placed above the booth on a holding frame. The function of the booths is based on the exhausting process. This is mainly floor exhausting and supply from the top. A big advantage is that the room can be used also as a dryer system, if it is completed with an air heating unit.

The paint wall is based on the exhausting system, which sucks air from the booth area through paint filter. The beside-sprayed solvent and paint particles will be sucked together with the exhausted air. The filtering of the air happens by means of the special paper labyrinth filter. 90-95 % of the beside-sprayed paint is adhering on this filter. The paper filter with labyrinth plates has to be changed regularly.

Water wash paint walls

The functional principle of the painting booths and walls with water washing is the separation with continuous water stream. This water flow ensures the separation of the beside-sprayed paint. The painting stations have a continuous water rinsing; the beside-sprayed paint will be drained by the water stream.
