Generally in use for medium to higher capacities, especially for job coaters and the automotive industry. Overloading units with tact operation deliver the parts along the complete surface treatment plant. Our plants ensure also in case of parts with special forms a perfect surface treatment quality by means of optimal bath circulating and material/rack moving systems in the tank.
The plastic tanks, made by company Knipl, are ideal in case of every acidic or alkali medium. We choose the sheet thickness according to the tank volume. The tanks have outside steel stiffening and if needed, they are isolated (50 mm). A very important advantage of plastic is easy cleaning and long lifetime. We produce the tanks and additional storage tanks from different kinds of plastic (PP-H, PE…). We recommend stainless steel or completely acid resistant tanks for aggressive mediums with a temperature over 75 Co. The tanks have outside steel or acid resistant stiffening. The heated tanks are isolated and covered according to the customer requirements. Similar to the plastic tanks, the metal tanks can be manufactured from different kinds of metals (normal steel, stainless steel, acid resistant steel). Advantages of steel tanks: - Appropriate chemical resistance - Long lifetime - Good form stability - Easy cleaning - Aesthetic appearance - High medium temperature (>75 Co)
