Air supply and exhaust units

The system contains the exhausting of steams from pretreatment plant, cleaning and draining of exhausted air and fresh air supply. The system can be completed with a heat recovery system, heat or cooling moduls.

Pretreatment controlling

The central controlling of the plant happens through the control cabinet. The whole process is traceable on the in-touch monitor, the technological parameters, operating conditions and error messages, etc. are indicated. There is a possibility to record and to print technology parameters and to edit the energy consumption data.   Pretreatment controlling: - Detail information about valves, motors, bath levels, actual temperatures, air exhausing, etc. - Controlling of every single technological position - Option between automated and manual functions, in automated function according to PLC, in manual function according to the operation staff - not appropriate tank volume, level, temperature  will be shown

Maintenance of the bath

We provide the bath maintenance of our pretreatment plants with following additional units. These plants ensure for our customers the high quality and longer life time of the baths.    For this we can offer following units:   - Oil separator   - Desludging unit          Sludge press          Press-band-filter

Water treatment

We must ensure the DI water for the technology. For this we use RO-plant (reverse osmosis) or ion-exchanger plant (desalinating).

Heating systems

Task of the heating system is to ensure the technological temperature of the heated zones. Our pretreatment plants are heated with hot water boiler and heat exchanger systems. We use also electrical heating insets, if necessary. We use high efficient boiler for our heating systems, and we pay attention to the heat recovery possibilities.
